BBQ Spaghetti
I got the idea for BBQ Spaghetti from The Neely's on Food Network. I kept it close to the original but I omitted the bell peppers, used Penne pasta and my own BBQ sauce.
Two lbs of shredded slow smoked boston butt, penne regatta pasta, bbq sauce, fresh cilantro and fresh garlic.
Boil the pasta as you usually do, sautee the garlic in 1 tablespoon of butter and toss the pasta in the skillet and stir. Add pulled or chopped boston butt, sauce and garnish with cilantro.
